Kelly Simmons III, aka Coach Kelly, is a US Army veteran, leadership trainer, certified Global Career Development Facilitator, student success coach, speaker and first generation college graduate.  He has spoken and conducted workshops on national and international platforms.  Kelly has over 14 years of experience working in public schools and higher education as a career readiness coach.  Kelly has helped thousands of students reach their personal and career goals and become leaders within their communities.  He is the Founder & CEO of Empowered To Win LLC and Empowered To Win Global, a 501c3 non-profit within the ETW movement that provides scholarships, educational programs and support to at-risk students who affected by poverty.
